School Baby Showers:)

We are so blessed to have friends and family that are excited about throwing us baby showers! I promise to have pictures of the baby shower that my mom and sister hosted in January, but I am waiting for pictures from other people since I didn't take any:(

This past Saturday Mike (Justin's friend from school) and his wife Amy threw us an amazing baby shower at their house. Mike knows Justin very well and spent what we can only imagine was the entire day cooking his favorite - MEXICAN FOOD! Mike and Amy made carnitas, chicken fajitas, tortilla soup, cilantro lime rice, guacamole, and just about every other topping that you could imagine. For dessert Amy made these incredible molten lava cakes (little chocolate cakes with gooey middles) that were SO good!

We were really excited because Justin's friend Adam and his wife Kirstin brought their kids Burke and Piper Jane, and Jason and Sarah Rose brought their daughter Gray. Kids just make everything more entertaining! Justin spends a good amount of time with these guys and I am so grateful for the friendships that he has with Mike, Jonathan, Greg, Adam, and Jason. I really wanted a picture of the group of guys and I brought our camera with good intentions, but only managed to take pictures of the kids:)

Some ladies at my school also organized a baby shower on Monday. There are four of us pregnant within 10 weeks of each other so we had one huge party! They managed to turn a science classroom into a perfect baby shower in less than one class period - well done girls! I did better with the camera, but forgot to get a picture of all of us girls and our bumps:( I will have to get better at picture-taking with this little guy coming!

The super cute cake that was so delicious!

The yummy food spread:)

My section - everything in blue for our little guy!

We are truly grateful for all of the wonderful friends and family who organized and attended our showers - THANK YOU!!!!!
