Grams and I took the minis to the Butterfly Pavilion and the tortoise hung out really close to the fence so that he and Cade could chat:)

Our good friends the Gentry's are moving to Sai Pan on June 1 so we are trying to squeeze as many play dates in as possible! We met them at the museum for our usual Monday play date.....Piper, Andie, and Josie in Prehistoric Journey

Unfortunately the trip took a turn for the worse when Piper got her finger stuck in the escalator:( There was a lot of screaming, blood, and choas trying to round up five small kids. Kirstin was SO calm and collected throughout the whole thing....I am SO going to miss learning parenting lessons from her! I followed Kirst to the ER so that she didn't have to haul Burke and Josie in. It was lunch time and we were without the proper number of car seats so I ordered pizza to the hospital across the street and we watched some Curious George while Kirst and Piper got the finger taken care of. Poor girl broke her finger, and they had to remove her nail to stitch it up:( She was a trooper though and these four were awesome for me!

Caden tried on Andie's 18 month shorts.....he's so thin they actually fit! He said they were too small because his "junk might peek out". We are working on our/his word choice:)

Tonight we said goodbye to the Gentry family. We are SERIOUSLY going to miss these guys! We have met for play dates once a week for the past three years, so it was a tough goodbye:(

We met them at a frozen yogurt shop where Caden stuffed his mouth with a gummy shark that took a good 10 minutes to get down

 Then we headed to Congress Park to let the minis burn some energy. Burke was super excited to push Andie on the swing!
