The past few weeks have been tough. My Aunt Mary passed away on Wednesday May 18, 2011. She was the kindest, most generous person that I have even known and she will be missed more than words can describe. I'm so glad that Caden had the chance to meet her. Aunt Mary came over right after Caden was born and gave him a baby massage which put him into the deepest sleep that I have seen yet!
Many family members and friends came to mourn the loss of Mary as well as celebrate her life. The memorial service was beautiful and just what Mary would have wanted. My siblings and I had the privilege of reading favorite memories that family members had submitted. The room was packed - standing room was full as well. All of the people that came to share their condolences is just one testament to how many lives my Aunt Mary touched. Rest in Peace my sweet Aunt Mary, we will forever remember your generous, loving heart and beautiful sense of humor.
