The Park and Basketball

Much like his parents, Caden really enjoys being outside. We took him to Clement Park a few weeks ago and he had a BLAST! Justin and I had a great time running after him:)

I seriously can't get enough pictures of these two boys holding hands...precious!

Caden LOVES the swings but is still a little unsure of the slide

Happy little runner:)

Exploring the goose poop - YUCK!

I love when this curious little man squats down to get a better look at something

These two are SO much alike! Caden is such a mini-Justin:)

There is one thing that I can say that Caden inherited from me......a love for basketball! Such great shooting form at such a young age:)

SO proud of my little athlete! If that's what he decides to do.....no pressure here:)

I have to end this post with one of my favorite Caden stories. Today Justin and I were eating lunch at the Spicy Pickle. We got Caden mac and cheese from Noodles and Company because he can't get enough of it. Justin used a plastic fork to eat the pasta salad that came with his sandwich, then set it down on the side of his plate. Caden promptly picked up the fork, jabbed a noodle, and put it into his mouth. We were floored! He has used a spoon for a few bites before, but then just starts flinging his food. He ate several more bites using the fork until he lost a noodle on the way to his mouth and went back to using his hands. PROGRESS! This kid is learning SO much everyday!
