Easter 2014

We had a great Easter this year! We decided to host both of our families so that we could spend time just the four of us in the morning and not try to make it to two places. It worked out great!:) Our kids are super spoiled by their grandparents....Omi and Poppi gave them some books and stuffed animals when we were over there last weekend and Grams and Papa brought presents this weekend!

Little miss showing off her "baby" the night before Easter....gotta love that smile:)

Grams and Papa watched the kids while Justin and I went out with Dr. Patterson and her husband David. They brought the kids lots of fun Easter presents! The kids LOVED their books, balls, and rabbits that pooped jelly beans!:)

Caden's basket from the Easter bunny:)

Andie's basket from the Easter bunny:)

This little guy was eating jelly beans as soon as he saw the first egg upon coming out of his room in the morning!

And he was sweet enough to take Andie an egg while she was getting changed:)

Best buds!

Andie smiling and Caden hiding behind his monkey bread. The reflection off my white sweatshirt is pretty nice too:)

Dyeing eggs!

Hahaha....our finished product:)

The kids got bubbles from the Easter bunny and Caden had a great time running with the wand to make a line of bubbles!

And Andie tried to catch them:)

Our dessert bar for the family dinner - Boston Cream Pie, Strawberry Shortcake, Carrot Cake, and a S'mores bar!

Close-up of the s'mores bar....the white paper in the middle is the menu of different ideas:)

Our last Easter as a family of four! Caden had about a hundred jelly beans in his mouth....

Sweet little Andie!

Uncle John digging in!  had quite the spread....SO much delicious food!
