Landen @ 6 Months

In honor of Landen turning 7 months old today, I am posting his 6 month update:)

On February 22 our little man turned 6 months! Justin took him to his appointment with Dr. Bucknam and here are his stats:

Height - 27.5 inches (86th percentile)

Weight - 19 pounds (81st percentile)

Head Circumference - 17.25 (60th percentile)

Landen is still eating primarily breast milk. He does love puffs, yogurt melts, teething biscuits, and pretty much anything else that he can feed himself. He's not a huge fan of pureed food (he's tried sweet potatoes, apples, and carrots) but he does like baby oatmeal and rice cereal. Landen doesn't have any teeth yet, but he loves to put everything in his mouth!

He continues to be a fantastic sleeper, taking two daytime naps that are about 1.5 hours each and sleeping 12 hours at night. Landen gets up on all fours every once in awhile, but he rolls around really well so that seems to be working well for now:) He still loves the jumperoo and the walker. He can scoot all over the place in the walker and also enjoys really fast rides from both of his siblings. Caden and Andie ADORE their little brother! Seriously, they want to be with him ALL the time. Here is Landen's current schedule:

Landen is super chatty! "ma-ma" was his first sound, but he doesn't associate this with me yet. He also says "ba-ba" and recently started "da-da" which Justin was thrilled about:) Caden and Justin have a special way of making this little man giggle like crazy!

Landen is wearing size 3 or 4 diapers, 12 month sleepers, and 9-12 month clothing. He is ALWAYS happy and is just the sweetest little man!
