We were planning on going to the Smutz cabin for New Year's, but both kids were still sick so we decided to wait and go the next weekend. It worked out well because Auntie Mana, Uncle Nonni, and Auntie Carissa were up there with Grams and Papa as well:) Poor little Caden got car sick and threw up all over himself and his car seat while we were driving down Berthoud Pass on the way there:( We learned that he gets car sick while looking down (he was playing on his Leap Pad), but does just fine watching a movie on the Car TV because he has to look up......good thing to know for any future road trips! Luckily the whole family was there to welcome us with a delicious dinner and a warm bath!
