Cado started the trip home with some awesome dancing!:)
We stopped in Reno to have lunch and run around the park at the marina
Still smiling 10 hours later.....the drive from Reno to Salt Lake is ROUGH! Nothing but desert....
So once it got even slightly dark, we busted out the glow sticks!
Little man had some extra energy when we got to the hotel in Salt Lake, and Andie was loving it!

We went to the Hogle Zoo in SLC and LOVED it!
Cado's favorite is always the elephants:) They have African elephants which are smaller than the Asian elephants that we are used to seeing at the Denver Zoo, but he loved them just as much!
This elephant made a loud noise, then squirted water out of it's nose right into Caden's face! All the other kids stood back after that, but out little guy wanted "more!"
They had life-sized Lego exhibits!

All the bugs on our car leaving Salt Lake....it sounded like it was raining!
Our gorgeous hotel in Glenwood. Justin found this gem! It was perfect for us because it had two bedrooms, a common area, full kitchen.....it was awesome:)!

Cado wasn't feeling so well the night before so he was a little grumpy:(
She kept splashing to get water onto her face and licking it off:)!
Our first trip as a family of four was a success! Props to Justin for suggesting the road trip....I was reluctant, but it was a great time:)!
