Justin started off our Easter weekend with some bunny pancakes:)
Andie likes her pancakes with strawberries and whip cream - just like Mommy:)
Caden and Landen prefer syrup like Daddy:)
The Easter bunny came!
Caden's:)
Andie's
Landen's
Caden was in a silly mood, so the next three pictures look a lot alike, but his look gets better:)
Mouthful of jelly beans!
Searching for his eggs!
Blue Peep:)
Cadbury Cream Egg for little miss!
Green Peep for Lando!
Double-fisting!
The Bernstein Bears have a great book that explains the Easter story! We read the Easter story in our Jesus Storybook Bible each day the week leading up to Easter, and this version was a nice compliment to what they had learned:)
Helping Cade with his Qixels and Andie with her water beads!
Lando and Daddy making breakfast!
There was A LOT of snow, so Justin and the littles spent a while outside in their pajamas and snow clothes!
Moosemurt!
Dying eggs! Don't worry, I eventually showered:)
The extra dye was fun to spread in the snow!
Caden and his snorkeler!
The finished product! It's a little difficult to make pretty eggs with three small children......
We had both sides of our extended family over for dinner! I wasn't so great at getting pictures of everyone...maybe I'll get better at that sometime soon? Bryan's girlfriend Jayme brought the confetti eggs and Caden was having a great time cracking them on everyone's heads!
Our little family! Both versions of this picture are equally "good":)
Thanks to Brando for sharing TT and Em with us!
The boys hung out around the beer and grill:)
Caden had SO much fun with Uncle John!
TT made my carrot cake recipe and it was DELICIOUS! TT's cake decorating skills are top-notch:) We also had coconut cream pie and chocolate chip cookies right from the oven....and some BBQ and sides, but dessert is what's really important:)
