Landen @ 18 Months

Our sweet little Landen was 18 months old on February 22! Here are the stats from his 15 month appointment:

Height - 33 1/2 inches (84th percentile)

Weight - 26 pounds (71st percentile)

Our little guy was sick on the day of his check-up so this is the only picture that I got:(

Our Lando is still an energetic, excited, smiley little man! He still loves to play with balls - he's so good at throwing and can actually catch if you throw it right to him! He can jump on both feet and ride a scooter! He loves to run and those little legs move pretty quickly:) He's gotten much better about riding in the car, which has been nice for all of us! Landen is still a good eater, his favorites being - berry oatmeal bake, all fruits (blueberries and pineapple are the current favs) and veggies, cereal with milk, cashews, and chips. He does not like peanut butter and jelly or if you try to feed him! Landen is still super snuggly and loves to read on our laps while sucking his thumb:) He had a huge growth spurt since his 15 month appointment gaining 3.5 pounds and growing two inches in length. They're a tad hard to measure at this age so some of that might be human error, but our baby is getting big! He is still in a size 4 diaper, 10 Month / 2T clothes, and size 6 shoes.

Landen is still very much a Daddy's man and can repeat a lot of words that we say! Some of his current words are: Dada, Mama, Bro-bro, Sissy, more, please, bite, ball, Papa, Poppi, O-mi, TT, Mike, me, sower (shower), cereal, bapple (apple), shoe, show, no, yes, nana (banana), vroom, and beep. He follows directions very well and is a great little helper!  He adores his siblings (most of the time), the snowmobile, ATV, and riding in Andie's frozen jeep. He LOVES to giggle and his laugh is the most amazing sound:)
