Ready

Our due date is only two days away and the scheduled c-section only four! We know that this little guy can come anytime now and we have been preparing for his arrival:) Justin told me that I was "nesting" last weekend. He's probably right because I cleaned every square inch our our house.......at least twice. I must say that cleaning, especially in between small spaces like between the washer and dryer, is a lot easier without a huge belly! No I don't expect our baby to be going in between the washer and dryer but I just feel better knowing that EVERYTHING is clean:)

I am also physically ready to get this little guy out. The past 2 weeks have been much more challenging than I anticipated. I'm just not someone who can teach sitting down! I am teaching the cardiovascular system (my favorite) to my Anatomy students and I just get too excited! Justin tried to convince me to take it easy, and even remembers one of his pregnant professors in dental school lecturing from a stool, but it just didn't work for me. Needless to say I only have three days of teaching left and I can handle the cankles:)

Justin has been working hard to finish some big patient cases at school before the baby comes. He seated 8 crowns in one day last week! He has also been really busy with his cadaver instructor job - I don't know how he does it all! He truly is amazing.

This will be the last belly shot (39.5 weeks). We have come a long way and are super grateful for the opportunity to become parents. Let the journey begin...........
