TT was in town for her 10 year high school reunion so we had the privilege of celebrating her birthday with her! We had an orange party:)
My Mom made Mexican casserole, guacamole, and corn/bean salsa, Bry and Reesie brought Sangria and bean dip, and I was in charge of the dessert. I made this ombre coconut cream cake and coconut cream pie. The cake took A LONG time, but was well worth it.....SO YUMMY! I had some issues making enough coconut buttercream icing (my Kitchen Aid stand mixer and hand mixer both quit on me), but I got the cake together. I definitely learned a lot from the project!:)

Auntie Manda and Grams combine efforts to make Auntie Carissa's delicious dinner - marinated flank steak, twice baked cauliflower, zucchini and berries. G!G! made her famous homemade ice cream and chocolate syrup for dessert...SO GOOD!
