Big news from the Smutz house this week.....Caden is CRAWLING! Not bear crawling or scooching, legitimately crawling. I still need some work on my video skills but I just grabbed the camera in order to catch his first crawl. It was a little wobbly on Monday but he has perfected it in just a few days. Problem being we have not baby-proofed ANYTHING and Caden is a VERY curious little guy! A lotion bottle was the closest thing I had........
Caden is also really vocal lately. He babbles like crazy and I swear that he has said ma-ma several times but I don't think he actually associates it with me....yet! We bought a toy shelf with colored bins to organize Caden's massive amount of toys. He really enjoyed playing in the cardboard box it came in:)

Last weekend we went to Vail for the wedding of my long-time friend Jamie. Her mom Carole pointed out at the rehearsal dinner that we had been friends for 20 years! Jamie is incredible and she married a wonderful guy, Alex. We couldn't be happier for them! The ceremony as performed by David, Leah's husband. He did an amazing job with the ceremony. David is also marrying Teri and Brandon in just 3 weeks! My picture selection is limited since I was in the wedding and forgot to give Justin the camera, but it was awesome!
