Mother's Day and Auntie Manda's Graduation

Mother's Day was great this year. It was busy, but lots of fun:) Caden and I started the day with brunch at my Mom's house. My Mom made a delicious egg dish and I made my homemade caramel rolls....great way to start off the day! My Grandpa Verschoor had just arrived from Texas the night before with my cousins Thomas and Karl so it was great to see them for a little bit:)

Justin spent the morning with his family at Amanda's college graduation. Amanda graduated from Metro State College with a degree in Recreational Therapy. We are super proud of her and really excited for what her bright future holds!

After graduation, Caden and I were able to meet Justin's family for lunch to celebrate Amanda's accomplishment:) We were really happy that we were able to see Grams and G!G! on Mother's Day!

I am super excited about my Mother's Day gift - Justin and Caden gave a crepe maker! Seriously, I have wanted one for a long time, and it was so sweet of them to remember:) They made me crepes with fresh strawberries and whip cream (my favorite) on Monday morning. LOVE my boys!
